Ah ! Another thing, we are now able to teach PostgreSQL at dalibo, we have wrotten many good trainings composed of presentations and practises (50% teaching, 50% real practise).

Just because we think a good DBA must have half of its knowledge from books and teaching, but the other half is all about practice...
